Mission Esperanza is changing.

  • We have changed villages from the village of Esperanza to the village of Luma.
  • We have changed partnering missions - now working with Servants Heart.
  • We will be changing pictures on this web page (over the next few weeks)
  • We have not changed our desire to serve Our Lord Jesus Christ through helping the poorest of the poor to lift themselves from their poverty.
  • We have not changed our desire to raise funding to send children to school
Over the next few weeks
  • We will share the Stories of the February 2019 STM to Luma in the DR.
    • The challenge and needs of the pregnancy center
    • The garden water control project
    • 10 boys, 10 coops and 200 chickens

  • Who We Are

We are a group of concerned Christian working together in the Dominican Republic to change the lives of the poorest of the poor, in Villa Esperanza (one village at a time).

Our Work

In partnership with International Needs Canada, we are working together to feed, and to educate Dominican born children of Haitian descent. We strive to raise them out of poverty and give them a hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)

"And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is my disciple, I tell you the truth, he will certainly not lose his reward."

                         Jesus (Matthew 10:42)
